This website is published by Singaporebuildsai, a one-person engineering practice in Singapore. By using the pages you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please leave the site. The practice began in 2026.

What the pages are for

The text describes how I work and the kinds of systems I build. It is general information about an engineering practice. Treat it as a description of how I work, rather than a proposal, a promise of a particular outcome, or professional advice in law, tax, or data protection. Composite patterns in the gallery are illustrations of shape and method. They do not name clients or report on live engagements.

Using the site

You may read the pages and send a brief or join the signal list through the forms provided. You may not attempt to disrupt the service, scrape the site in a way that burdens the host, or submit automated messages through the forms. You may not present the site as your own.

Intellectual property

The words, layout, and code of this website belong to Singaporebuildsai unless a credit says otherwise. You may quote a short passage with a link back. You may not copy the site, the notes, or the gallery text for a commercial purpose without written permission.

Photographs are used under the licences of their sources. The mark in the header is the constellation-bridge sign of the practice.

If we later work together, the code I write for you under that engagement is dealt with in the statement of work. These website terms do not grant you a licence to that future work, and they do not transfer your materials to me merely because you sent a brief.

Forms

When you send a brief or join the signal list you confirm that the details are yours to give, and that you have read the privacy note. I reply in good faith. Submitting a form does not create an engagement.

No guarantee of result

Software, models, and retrieval paths fail on some inputs. Nothing on this site promises accuracy, uptime, or a business result. An engagement, if we sign one, will say what I will deliver and how we will measure it. Until that document exists, you should treat the site as a description of a practice.

Liability

To the extent permitted by the law of Singapore, I am not liable for loss that arises from your use of the website, from relying on a general note, or from being unable to reach the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Singapore law.

Changes

I may change these terms. The date at the foot of this page is the year of the current text. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the new text.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Singapore. The courts of Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from the use of this website.
